For the past two days, I’ve been walking the floor at the Louisiana Restaurant Association Showcase. Most people came to showcase their products. I came to study conversations. As a sales trainer, I’m fascinated by the little things that separate a salesperson from someone who simply takes orders. Every handshake, every introduction, every first impression tells a story.
